Our Story

  • Road Runner is founded and owned by husband and wife duo Adam and Kay Lowe. Adam brings over a decade of coffee education and barista expertise to the cart, and Kay has a decade of event design and production experience. Paired together Adam and Kay will elevate your next event with a coffee experience that your guests will love and remember!

  • We make life easy and fun! We'll work out all the logistics to make the coffee experience smooth, efficient, and tasty. We pride ourselves on being a creative and collaborative vendor that is easy to work with and exceeds expectations.

    We understand that every event is unique - which is why we offer custom and flexible packages! We'll work with you to meet your events needs within your budget.

 FAQ

  • We offer a variety of espresso, non-espresso, and tea options, both hot and iced. Click here to view our current menu.

    We're also open to your ideas and menu requests!

  • We require a 120V 20A circuit and at minimum a 8’x6’ area. The cart is on wheels and can be set-up indoors or outdoors! We ask for a minimum of 45 minutes to set-up the cart, and 30 minutes to tear-down.

  • No, an open bar is just that - endless drinks during the hours of service! If you would prefer to use drink tickets, we are happy to accommodate that as well. 

  • We can serve about 60-80 orders per hour, but there are a few variables that affect service times.

    For more efficient service, we offer options like a pre-order form, limited menu, self-serve coffee and tea bars, and adding more baristas.

    We'll work with you to come up with a plan to make you and your guests have a great experience!

  • Yes! If you’re event is more than 25 miles outside of Dayton, there will be a mileage fee.

  • We intend to be present at as many pop-ups and public events as possible!
